I cut my calories in half or in less than half, then drink lots of water and exercise like crazy. Sleeping makes you lose weight too so I make sure to sleep 8 hours or more whenever I can.

If you starve yourself you will be very unhealthy and weak and probably grumpy. And as soon as you start eating again, you will gain all of the weight back and probably more. It's better to eat 5-6 light meals a day of healthy things. And try to stay away from pop other junk foods. It may take a while for you to lose wieght, each person is different. But if you are eating healthy, you will lose weight. You will see it a lot faster if you are excersising along with eathing healthy.

eat the right foods (preferable those rich in fiber), drink fluids, exercise, and sleep well. you'll be trim and fit in no time! good luck!

to loose weight you have to do a lot of work out and then only can you burn you extra fat and become slim

well each person is differant when loosing weight, depends on your metabilism and your genes, you can try by watching how many calories, drinking lots of water, and exercise if its not working then try getting help from your doc, not eating is not good, it hurts your body and messes up your metabalism when you get older, and has a reverse on the body that no matter what u do, u wont loose the fat. good luck on your goal

u shud stop eating stuff which make u fat for example the stuff wid lotss of ghee and oily items such as chips and stuff

I eat only the 3 meals a day and I don't take snacks. In between meals can make you bigger.

have a brisk walk everyday and drink lotta water. do some aerobics and eat low calorie food... u r definite to lose weight

I lose weight by eating fruits for the whole week. I ate pears,apple,banana for breakfast,lunch and dinner.
I did it and i lose 5-10lbs.Try it! And if u want to eat rice or anything,before every meal be sure to eat 1 to 2 bananas so that the next food you are going to eat after the banana specially the fatty foods would be neutralized.this is based on my experience.Not eating or skipping meals would lead to ulcer.

whenever i am starting to gain weight, all i need to do is eat more fruits per day, drink lots of water and try not to eat chips and drink softdrinks. i do sit ups in the morning and in the evening. and it really works for me. i lose weight effectively.
