I would hold my 6 month old for 24 hours straight while spending time with my daughter and husband.

I would take and give away all my stuff to the people I want to have it, than I would just wait around doing whatever makes me the happiest at the time.. It depends on my mood on what I feel like doing, who I'd like being around. And I'm 17 so yea.. lol

I would spend it with my family, telling them how much I love them and not to miss me when I'm gone. Just doing everything I can possibly do in a 24 hour period that I can with my family.

The first thing I'd do is go OFF my diet and eat lots of sweets. Then I would probably cry a little, I won't lie, I am afraid of death. Then I would go swimming with my three kids and husband...it seems to be the only time when all of us are smiling and laughing together and not being distracted by anything else.
