I'm in SoCal, I don't fish though. I've seen people fish at lakes and peers. I've also seen some families fishing at Square Mile Park in Garden Grove. I don't know if the fish is edible, but some kids were fishing there. There's also ducks there too. My kids love the ducks.

MSRP is a multi-agency effort to restore natural resources harmed by past releases of DDTs and PCBs in the southern California marine environment. Funded by a legal settlement with the companies and industries responsible for the chemical releases, MSRP is working on a variety of restoration projects, including projects to restore fishing opportunities in Southern California.
