If it is just a temporary water weight loss that you are looking for try a diruetic. I can't think of any brand names right now, but they are avail. at any grocery/drug store. Midol has a PMS formula that has one if you are female, sorry can't tell by you loging.

stay away from salt and sodium. Also, take water pills and work out. Sweat-alot. Wear layers of clothing when working out, or sleeping, but drink lots of water

i am taking chinese herbs in capsules that made me lose weight faster i started when i was 128lbs now i only weigh 110 and that is for only 10 days of course discipline should go along with it
