it will defeat the purpose of the site for they said "Make money answering questions by real people" that's their slogan i assume that's their goal as well, to help people make money while we answer questions.

No, the money you reward users who reply to your topics does not come from your over all earnings on the site. Some of money acquried from advertisments is used to pay the users. Whether you reward someone one cent or six, your total money will not be deducted by doing so.

Thankfully, no it does not.
The web site allocates how much you are allowed to award each response and you divide it up as you see fit.
