1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DUNO ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use DUNO. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and terminate accounts that cannot verify compliance with this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of DUNO, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Activities and Content

You agree NOT to use DUNO for any of the following purposes:

4.1 Illegal Activities

• Prostitution or escort services - Offering, soliciting, or promoting sexual services for compensation
• Drug-related activities - Sale, distribution, or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Human trafficking - Any form of exploitation or trafficking of persons
• Money laundering - Engaging in or facilitating financial crimes
• Fraud or scams - Deceptive practices intended to gain unfair advantage
• Sale of illegal goods or services - Including weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items
• Hacking or unauthorized access - Attempting to breach security measures
• Child exploitation - Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts

4.2 Prohibited Content

• Content that violates Czech or international law
• Explicit sexual content or pornography
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Harassment, bullying, or threats toward other users
• Spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• False or misleading information
• Copyright or intellectual property violations
• Private information of others without consent

5. User Conduct

Users must:

• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Not engage in manipulation of our systems (vote manipulation, fake engagement, etc.)
• Report violations of these Terms to DUNO administrators

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you post on DUNO. By posting content, you grant DUNO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

7. Groups and Communities

Group creators and moderators are responsible for:

• Ensuring their groups comply with these Terms
• Moderating content within their groups
• Setting and enforcing group-specific rules (that do not conflict with these Terms)

DUNO reserves the right to remove or restrict groups that violate these Terms.

8. Referral and Earnings Program

The referral program is subject to:

• Daily limits as specified on the platform
• Verification of legitimate referrals
• Prohibition of fraud, fake accounts, or manipulation
• Right of DUNO to modify or discontinue the program
• Payout terms as specified in your account settings

DUNO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in referral fraud.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of DUNO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and Czech data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

The DUNO platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by DUNO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

DUNO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from use will be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, DUNO shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• User-generated content or conduct of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DUNO harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of the Service

14. Account Termination

DUNO reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate accounts without prior notice for serious violations

Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

15. Modifications to Terms

DUNO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic. Users agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DUNO regarding use of the Service.
